1. Scope<\/h2>\n

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to the use of the online shop operated by<\/p>\n

IOB Internationale Organisation f\u00fcr naturnahe Badegew\u00e4sser e.V.<\/strong> (“IOB”).<\/p>\n

IOB operates this online shop as a marketplace and intermediary platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific product or service, IOB acts solely in the name and on behalf of the respective provider, organiser or service provider<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

IOB itself is not<\/strong> the seller or contractual party for the products or services offered through this online shop.<\/p>\n

2. Contractual Partner<\/h2>\n

The products and services offered in this online shop are provided by the respective provider, organiser or service provider identified in the relevant product description.<\/p>\n

The purchase or service contract is concluded exclusively between the customer and the respective provider identified for the relevant offer.<\/p>\n

IOB provides the technical operation of the online shop, facilitates the ordering process and, where applicable, may process payments on behalf of the respective provider.<\/p>\n

3. Offers and Conclusion of Contract<\/h2>\n

The presentation of products and services in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation for customers to submit an offer.<\/p>\n

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a contract with the respective provider identified in the product description.<\/p>\n

The contract becomes effective upon acceptance by the respective provider or upon confirmation or provision of the ordered product or service, as applicable.<\/p>\n

4. Prices and Payment Processing<\/h2>\n

All prices displayed in the online shop are those specified by the respective provider.<\/p>\n

Payments may be collected by IOB solely as an authorised payment collection agent acting in the name and on behalf of the respective provider.<\/p>\n

Payment to IOB discharges the customer’s payment obligation towards the respective provider.<\/p>\n

5. Performance of Services<\/h2>\n

The respective provider is solely responsible for the content, quality, availability, execution and fulfilment of the products and services offered.<\/p>\n

IOB accepts no responsibility or liability for the performance, execution or quality of the products or services supplied by third-party providers except where liability is mandatory under applicable law.<\/p>\n

6. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n

Where a statutory right of withdrawal exists, such right shall be exercised with respect to the respective contractual provider.<\/p>\n

IOB may assist in forwarding withdrawal declarations or customer communications to the relevant provider but is not itself the contractual recipient of such declarations.<\/p>\n

7. Warranty and Liability<\/h2>\n

Any warranty claims, claims relating to defects, or claims arising from non-performance shall be asserted directly against the respective provider.<\/p>\n

IOB shall only be liable for damages resulting from its own intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory statutory provisions.<\/p>\n

8. Applicable Law<\/h2>\n

These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.<\/p>\n

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected and continue in full force and effect.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
